Bama Flooring’s founder, Russell Lovin is a 6th generation flooring installer. The experience goes way back when his family used rocks out of the creek in Ohio to create kitchen flooring. Working for a commercial company, Russell, Mary and their 5 children moved from Ohio to Alabama.
Russell quickly realized that the many of the products being sold by the big box companies were inferior products that did not last. It was the customer’s dissatisfaction with the failing flooring products that led the Lovins to open their own flooring store.
They are often told by their customers that Bama Flooring is a blessing for the local community. As a small, family owned and operated business, they are with you every step of the process, from product selection to the completion of the installation. Good communication is key. They will direct you to the product that is best suitable to your lifestyle and budget.
All products are custom ordered. Clients are not limited to what is in stock in a local warehouse like in many big box stores. The installers take their time to ensure your flooring installation meets high professional standards. We look forward to working with you every step of the way.
